A “A Supply Chain Risk Mitigation Based on ISO 31000: 2018- Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Integration to Improve Performance: A Case Study at "BTD" Hospital”.

This study aimed to assess the supply chain risk through integration of enterprise management (ISO 31000: 2018) and a balanced scorecard (BSC) improve performance “BTD” hospital, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY), Indonesia. research was case at DIY, The method data analysis descriptive-qualitative. result showed that mitigating 36 risks integrating with four perspectives in BSC could hospital’s performance. mitigations these were improving communication distributors, providing feedback conducting assessments distributors every year, evaluating buffer stocks for life-saving drugs, e-prescription writing policies hospitals, revising standard operating procedures (SOP) related dispensing (making drug management, person charge shelves), mapping manpower during peak hours, making quality improvement socialization programs (Dispensing LASA), characters’ development facility improvement.
